Arcwell Developments completed four homes for Moose Deer Point First Nation community in Ontario, a member of the Ogemawahj Tribal Council. The project reflects what Arcwell does best: delivering high-quality, energy-efficient modular housing in close partnership with the communities we serve.
From the outset, our team worked directly with community leadership and the families who would call these homes their own. Being on the ground, understanding the site, the people, and what builds well in the region allowed us to deliver homes that are durable, comfortable, and built to last multi generations!
Meeting the community’s requested timelines meant building through harsh winter conditions. Our crews pushed through the cold and did whatever it took to get the job done, without compromising on quality. That commitment, showing up, staying the course, and delivering on our word is at the heart of how Arcwell works.
Modular construction kept the build efficient and the quality consistent, with the majority of work completed in a controlled environment before delivery to site. This was a full turnkey project: site preparation, excavation, design, manufacturing, delivery, and all on-site completion work, including septic systems. The result is four well-finished homes that meet the real needs of local families.
