In 2024, Arcwell proudly delivered a customized modular home to a First Nation community in Atlantic Canada. But for us, this milestone was never just about completing a project, it marked the beginning of a meaningful partnership rooted in trust, transparency, and shared vision. The success of our first six-bedroom, 2,000-square-foot split-entry home sparked momentum with this client. Impressed by the quality and care invested, the community quickly requested two additional homes, each tailored to the same high standards. With final sign-off in December 2024, we completed both homes by April 2025.
This achievement was only possible thanks to the dedicated involvement of local skilled tradespeople. By working side-by-side with Arcwell’s team, local trades brought their expertise, pride, and craftsmanship to every detail of the finishing work. This collaborative spirit not only ensured beautiful results, but also created opportunities for knowledge-sharing and skills development within the community.
