When our team delivered the first white-glove, fully customized modular home to a First Nation in Atlantic Canada in 2024, we weren’t just completing a project. We were building trust. The home arrived on time, on spec, and integrated seamlessly on-site. That success led to an invitation: “We want more.” To us, that invitation speaks volumes. May 2025: Six Bedrooms, One Purpose
A Standalone Dream
Last year, we completed a striking 6‑bed, 2,000 sq ft split-entry home for a First Nation community in Atlantic Canada. Delivered as a fully turnkey solution by the end of May 2025, the project included:
- Design: Architectural plans, permit approvals, construction-ready fabrication.
- Build Assembly: Modular production off-site, transported, and installed swiftly.
- On‑Site Finish: Water and sewer hookups, electrical and plumbing, driveways, landscaping, and final grading.
- Local Integration: Skilled trades from the community carried out crucial on-site work, fostering economic growth and skill-building.
We’re currently finalizing two identical homes beside it, doubling the impact of what started in May.
